Community Arts Festival

We invite artists, crafters, and community organizations to apply for a booth as part of our Community Arts Festival.

The early bird deadline to apply is May 15. If you apply by May 15, the booth fee is $30 per booth. If you apply between May 16 and June 14, the booth fee is $40 per booth. No applications will be accepted after June 14. You may apply for 1 or 2 booth spaces.

• Set-up will begin at 8 am the day of the event.
• Breakdown will occur promptly after the event concludes at 4 pm.
• NO BOOTH BREAKDOWN shall occur prior to 4pm
• There is no electricity access.
• You must bring your own tent, tables, linens, and chairs.

Event parking is available at the top of Ossipee Park Road, behind the white fence. The entrance to event parking is located at the fork in the road. Parking is also available in hiker parking across from Café in the Clouds.

This event will occur rain or shine. In the rare event that we are forced to cancel we hope to welcome you to another event in the future.
